Appearance
Omi Fang as he's formally called or Xiao as he prefers to be called has a few things noticeable about him and one thing that separates him from your average Flareon. Instead of dark colored eyes Xiao has the lightest grey blue eyes of his kind, something that seems to be common in his line of family and what they tend to take as the sign of the next leader. Otherwise his coloring is like every other Flareon meaning his base fur color is a reddish orange much like a flame and then the tufts of fur on his tail, collar and head are golden. Some other things that are noticeable are his scars littering here and there but just barely noticeable save for one that slashes across his right eye that he's still able to use thankfully. He also has two golden circlets hanging from his left ear and a golden kerchief that is constantly wrapped around his right fore-paw. Xiao is rather small but dont let that fool you, life out in the wild and leading a tribe has made him strong and his figure lithe. He might look like a tiny fluff ball of cuteness but he's quite powerful when need be.
Personality
Xiao has a few different faces he tends to show depending on who he is in front of and what he's attempting to achieve. There's his 'Omi Fang' for when he's leading his tribe and attempting to get them to understand what he wants. Then there is 'Liling' which he uses when he's among those he's not particularly close to whether tat be outsiders or those in his home is to be decided. Then there is 'Xiao' who is probably the closest to his real personality as someone can get.
Omi Fang is strict and cold, his only interest is the safety of those under him and striking down anyone who opposes him. He's firm in his dealings with outsiders and his own as well as strategic in ways of manipulating others. He is confident and never wavers, he is sure of himself and might sometimes come off as arrogant. For being the youngest chief in their tribe's history he is also the most down to earth. he knows whats possible and pushes those around him to exceed their own expectations. he doesn't rush into anything and he has faith in those he surrounds himself with but he never puts too much burden on them.
Liling is marginally friendly but politely distant. The 'Liling' side of him is quick to anger and is more than willing to start or finish a fight with someone. He has a hot temper and prefers being alone as to being surrounded by groups of people. liling likes lazying about and falling to sleep in odd places, including but not limited to trees. He's a bit more cynical and has a sarcastic sense of humor, purposefully needling others to keep them away from him as to not get close.
Xiao is far more friendly out of the two and is almost playful in a sense. Dangerous still but far more curious than anything, he likes adventures and has no problem approaching others. Xiao can make friends easily and isn't discouraged by the words of others, often slipping away from the tribe to explore the areas around. still sarcastic and manipulative, these qualities are used more for teasing others and luring others into playing with him. He doesn't prejudge others and tends to feel a compassion for those in a bad way or in danger. He's more than happy to help out a complete stranger or give some advice, not even feeling any real hate towards civilians let alone the guilds or creed.

History
When the previous Omi Fang was in charge he was a jolteon that mated with an unevolved Eevee for the sake of getting an heir. Their mating was political and for convenience but they got on fairly well their mating becoming more like a friendship until Xiao was born. They all grew closer as a new family although Xiao's father was strict, laying down his path before his feet even before he could understand just what his role would be in the tribe. Where his father was strict and confident, his mother was warm and encouraging. Of course because of his rather feminine name, Liling, he was often mistaken for a female-which later grew worse when he evolved-so he adopted the nickname Xiao. His name always being a rather sensitive topic when it came down to the teasing he endured but it merely made him stronger much to his parents amusement.
Those precious days of laughter and warmth couldn't last though and tragedy of course struck with no warning. They were attacked in the middle of the night -they're still unsure of who exactly had done it- and with no way of being prepared they lost many people. Xiao's parents included and suddenly the title of chief was thrust upon him. No longer was he simply Liling Fang of the Northern Tribe but Omi Fang who'd lead them and many gazes rested upon him. A simple eevee that had yet to evolve and was still practically a child. However, he bore that weight and stood on all four legs unbowed by the responsibility as he thought of his parents. Even though part of him wanted to curl up and cry for the loss of his parents, even though part of him wanted to shy from the sudden weight of all those stares...even though part of him wanted to hunt down those that had took so many from them. Xiao turned his back to all of that and began his claim over those who were now his to protect.
It was perhaps a year from then, while he was exploring the parameters of their home when he came upon a strange rock that seemed to be glowing. Curious, perhaps more than he should have been, he went towards it and reached out a paw to it. Unthinkingly, he batted at the strange stone but instead of it merely skittering away something happened. A bright burning light swallowed him up along with flaring brightly around the area before slowly dying out like a flickering flame. In the eevee's place was a Flareon, just like that Xiao had finally evolved and the fuss it created when he returned to the tribe. To say they were all both elated and displeased with him would be an understatement considering he'd disappeared without consulting anyone.
After that initial evolution he often ventured out on his own, sometimes bringing goods back to the tribe and other times coming back with new wounds. It was one day after getting in a fight with a Houndoom that he ended up managing to get the scar across his right eye, very nearly loosing his sight because of it. Since then he's calmed down a bit but still he often wanders from the tribe when his presence as Omi isn't needed or he wants to go on his own scavenging in the civilian areas.
