Appearance
Large and imposing, the thing that always leaves a lasting impression on others is his milky right eye and the scars that stretched across the cheek, over the blind eye, and over the brow. With a natural glare that could stop a rampaging mega rayquaza, and closed off body language, Noah does not do himself any favours on making a good first impression.
Any who have seen the pangoro know his movements to be unchecked and full of raw power. Yet, if one watches close enough, they can see Noah hesitantly start to be more cautious and gentle with how he treats those who stick around after the initial rough start.

Personality
Punching things, being punched, or stopping others from punching things that do not want to be punched, those are things the pangoro can handle. Violence is natural problem solver, something the wild one born pokemon is trying to break past. Hey, there we go, breaking something. Noah is good at that sort of thing. Nice and simple.
Beneath all those scars, muscle, and scowling is... well, a big awkward softy. Yes, they were raised to respond to opposition and hardship with aggression and a solid hit, but they have always wished for a different way. It tends to take a few tries to figure out how to really interact with a new person, and Noah will keep trying, fighting against their own anxiety and self doubt at every step of the way.
Their language and mannerisms are always rough and direct, easily if not always taken as aggressive and rude. Their comfort zone is virtually nonexistent, leading to a constant standoffish impression from the large pokemon.

History
Noah's life has been one full of violence, to absolutely no one's surprise. They are, after all, a pangoro, a wild born one at that. IT is their place in the world to be a brute with a pedigree like that, and for a long time that was all they were. Raid a town, drive out other wild pokemon, learn and teach others how to throw a punch. Simple, unthinking living.
Time moves on, and the constant raids and continued harm to others broke young pancham Noah down. It was the tribes place as Wild Ones to take what they wanted, to cause chaos to show they were alive. Noah's building distress and questioning on the way things were were just signs of a young pokemon wanting to do more for their tribe, obviously. Nothing a trip through the Path of Rebirth couldn't fix.
Turns out forcing more power on an already rebellious underling does not work out well. The dungeon dive to the Bloodmoon Pools ended with a new form, a nasty eye wound, and even more reason to strike out and away from the Wild Ones. Still, time moves on. Eventually the pangoro ended up in New Leaf, bumbling about for a place to call their own.
All they really knew was how to fight. There was the guild but... well, they'd had enough of being part of a gang for the moment. Somehow they ended up with a shop of their own, and a self appointed job of teaching others how to throw a punch. A lot of things had changed, yet it all boiled down to good old reliable 'punch things'. At least it was for a better cause now?
