Appearance
Blue is a manaphy, a all round blue creature. He has a red gem placed on his chest. His eyes are a yellowish colour whilst his iris is a baby blue colour. His arms are shaped like fins to help him swim. The strange bulbs attached to his head are prehensile.
Personality
Blue is a newly born manaphy because of this he is very childish. Blue wants fun and nothing else, the only thing he will eat is blue gummies. Blue can be smart at times but mostly his childish nature is dominant. Others will often find that Blue is annoyingly loud and self centered. When he isn't the center of attention Blue will become angry and begin to scream and shout.
Mood swings are very common in Blue, sometimes he will be feeling sad whilst other times he will be cheerful and energetic. Sometimes Blue is angry and throws hissy fits. Blue is generally random and unpredictable. When you think you know him, he proves you wrong.

History
Considering Manaphy is just a baby, he hasn't got much of a history. His egg was protected by many phione at the deepest part of the vast sea. The egg was protected a strong shell of water which surrounded the actual egg. Many pokemon tried to steal it away but the Phione protected the egg as much as they could. Blue's egg became in danger several times, and the Phione had to relocate to another part of the vast sea hoping to find somewhere safer.
When Blue finally did hatch, he stayed with the phione for so long until he grew adventurous and travelled out into the vast sea alone. He became lost, and no phione could find him. After some travelling by himself Blue ended up at the Lapras Sea Guild where the Guildmaster took him in to raise him and protect him. Ever since he has been with the Guild, whilst he has been trouble on some days, Blue has been growing up rapidly. His intelligence is raising and soon enough Blue will become a strong ally and a good friend.
