Appearance
Cadence used to despise her small stature as a buneary, but now that she is 4 feet tall, she has a hard time not sticking out like a sore thumb when she is towering over her company. Being a lopunny, their is a feeling of gentleness her features give. She has a round face with dimpled cheeks, a Pink button nose, a short and almost non-existent muzzle, and giant red eyes. While most would find these features adorable, some can't get past the creepiness of her eyes. They are deep red rings in an endless abyss of black...
Cadence has the typical chocolate brown coat with a creamy extra fur padding around her ears, wrists, and feet. She has a tiny heart shaped patch of cream in the center of her chest. Her fur is often compared to that of a cinccinos in softness, and the padding is known to be among the most plush and thick fur there is. In the winter, she sheds her brown and cream for a thick and warm white and gray coat, with the exception of the cream patch on her chest. The very tips of her ears, hands, and feet gradient into black.

Personality
Cadence acts as a sort of Evangelist to the Creed. Every fiber of her being radiates and energy of passion and charisma, and she chooses to influence people with her heartfelt words and seemingly compassionate gestures rather than displays of power. In her heart, Cadence believes that the so-called "Star Madness" is more accurately a gift. is the first of many tests of willpower-not fighting power-that will determine the pokemon that are worthy to live in the paradise the future of Mew Garden will be. Because of this, she strongly encourages all whom she talks to that aren't infected to welcome the Star Gift into their hearts and show Arceus that they are ready for the future to come. This is not a facade; her words and feelings are sincere, but it is worth of noting that Cadence is completely insane. She has no aversion to extreme forms of coercion, including terrorism, kidnapping, and murder, if it is means to spread the infection to someone she is trying to "save". The torment she endured and the relief that followed has made her a bit of a masochist, and her moveset reflects that much. To top it all off, she is absolutely fearless as if her immunity to Star Mandess gives her immunity to death itself. Cadence tends to those who she convinces to take on the virus with patience and serenity, even during the most violent and gruesome times. And if they don't survive? They are discarded like trash. Clearly, their heart was not strong enough, so there is no point in wasting anymore time on them.
Cadence honors every Creed member and views them as her friend regardless of any other factors, since she figures some of them will be among the cleansing of Mew Garden. She treats anyone who refuses Star Madness as if they are the sick ones, fearing that they will "infect her with their weak hearts". Despite her fearlessness, Cadence does not believe her immunity actually gives her immortality. She just believes that her mission is to make sure the Star Madness spreads as much as possible before the next test. She does not know whether or not she will have purpose afterwards and believes that she will die when it is her time, so there is no point in fearing death.
Lastly, Cadence is an obsessive bookworm. Her father taught her how to read, and reading is all that she will do when she is alone. She will go through dungeons and abandoned libraries for books to read and retreats back into her caravan for solitude. In all, she is on the surface, probably the most friendly and genuine of the creed, but beware what lies underneath all that fur and those awful red eyes.
History
Cadence was born from the union between a 23 year old lopunny named Springfoot and a 86 year old Mr.Mime named Yale. Strange? Very much so, but it was a loving and perfect family nonetheless. Springfoot was a free spirited pacifist; she traveled the world in a gypsy caravan primarily composed of float stones and sails and litterally went wherever the wind was blowing. Despite the world becoming such a dangerous place, she had a lot of hope for the future of pokemon; she made the decision to be a pacifist and only learn defensive moves. Her carefreeness and pure optimism managed to melt the heart of an old and rather pragmatic Mr.Mime who had given up on the world. Yale used to be the pokemon of a playwright. The human taught him how to read in the languages of drama - English, Italian, and Greek- so that he could appreciate historical works and perform in his own scripts in plays. All humanity had died and pokemon erupted into chaos, Yale went into a depression and was about to flee to live a life of solitude in the dungeons. Then he met Springfoot. He taught her how to read and in return she let him ride in her carriage. Soon enough, they were bonded as if their souls had melted together. Their bond manifested itself into a beautiful little buneary.
Cadence's world wasn't dark and gloomy like the rest of the world. She lived a sheltered life in the caravan, singing songs and reading books; only really looking out to the world from a window and the occasional brief stop. Her life wasn't torn viciously apart by pokemon, infected or otherwise, rather her own curiosity to further explore. One night while her parents slept, she noticed the wind had come to a stop. She took it upon herself to get out and look around the forest nearby. In the distance, she saw something glowing and decided to follow it. Soon, she was faced to face with what she thought was a giant moon that had landed on earth. It was breathtaking...but then the edge she was sitting on crumbled and she tumbled down, spraining her ankle. The poor girl screamed and cried, but she had stayed too far from the caravan to be heard. Whats worse is that the wind had picked up, possibly pushing it so very far away. The night was cold even with all her fur, but the moon was pulsing with such a nice warmth...she curled up against it for comfort that night, and as she slept, the radiation seeped in and altered her strain of Star Madness into active.
Cadence had spent two or three days in that hole before her parents found her. There was sobbing and crying and hugging, but she was so tired that it all was just a blur. Naturally, her parents became infected as well. For some reason, Cadence's sickness was either really stunted or her parent's were accelerated. Most likely both. She hadn't even known they were sick until one day, Springfoot was reading a story and suddenly began to cough. And cough. And cough. Spraying the entire book with flecks of blood. The poor girl was more confused than shaken. Her instincts told her to run, but why would she run from her mother?
After they had cleaned up, Yale and Springfoot sat down to explain to her everything. They told her about death, and what it meant, and how they were dying. They then went on to explain that because they didn't want to make her sick, they were going to leave. They wanted her to keep the caravan, and was sure she was old enough to forage on her own. She was instructed to take the sails off the caravan at the first village she got to and live there from then on. Just in case, her father gave her a compass. Knowing that the meteor's interfere with a compass' needle, he told her that if it ever acts funny, walk away until it stops. After he had left, Springfoot gave her daughter a locket to wear around her neck and told her that while listening to her father is good, she should follow her heart first, and then the compass.
Her parent's efforts were in vain. Only a day after they had left, the bleeding started. This time, she was shaken. She screamed and cried, but it only seemed to make it worse. She bled for so long that she started to adjust her lifestyle to it, accepting it as a part of her life now. The bleeding effectively alienated her when she went in the forest, so nothing dared to prey on her at least. Then it was the hunger. Foraging became more and more frequent, but it was never enough. For the first time, she began to have nightmares; the kind that didn't go away when you wake up. They followed her everywhere but into the caravan until eventually she decided not to leave it at all. The pain grew and grew, and she would wail and cry between lucid periods where she was numb to everything around her. Occasionally the caravan would be resting in a place where someone could hear the cry and would check on her. Despite only having defense curl as a move, she would attack them in her delirium. The little conscious thought she had left wanted them to kill her and end it or be killed so she could finally eat. Most of the time, the pokemon would manage to scramble away but sometimes...well, the fact that she is still alive says enough.
Cadence hadn't even noticed her slow down period because time seemed to have stopped for her. She hadn't left the caravan in so long that day and night meant nothing anymore. She spent all her time thrashing and writhing and clawing as it trudged on, most unaware of the horrors inside. At one lucid point, she realized that she hadn't felt the ground beneath her feet in forever and stepped out to the open air. Pulling the compass from her tangled fur, she realized it was going haywire and needed to make a decision; follow her heart or her mind. Seeing how she was currently losing her mind, she followed her heart down the path of rebirth.
Everything in the dungeon was a haze. She remembered the searing pain of being attacked, but she can't recall if she retaliated or not. Not that she could do much, her only move back then was defense curl. She persevered. She found her way to the star, glowing like a moon. Cadence had been so alone for so long, all she wanted was a hint of the same warmth her parents would give...but the warmth of a comet would have to do. She embraced the comet, which pulled a reaction from her locket. The inside was filled with stardust, and the love from her mother melded with her form as she evolved into a lopunny.
In her new form, there was so much clarity that she had been missing. She felt as if she had her mind back, and was given the hope she needed to endure what was happening to her. Going back to the caravan, she had a lot of time to think and came to her enlightenment. She had realized that if a little buneary that was so weak she didn't even have an attack move could survive something like that, then the hope that her mother was talking about existed after all. Her caravan had came to many stops during her season of pain, but the first stop it came to when she had a clear head was Ignis. There was no better of a place to prepare for the rest of her life helping pokemon achieve greater heights.
